A daytime instructional Learning Lab provides an opportunity for individuals who cannot participate in the existing evening program due to work schedules or other commitments to complete requirements for a high school diploma or to earn a GED. Enhancing the existing daytime GED class, this program benefits individuals who are advanced in their academic skills by providing them with a self-paced computerized instructional program (NovaNet). This frees the teacher to spend more time assisting individuals whose assessment has indicated deficiencies in their basic skills performance levels.
