"The Jim Self Center on the Future"
Opening the doors to answer
who, what, where, when and why…
on issues that affect us all.
Enriching and enabling the communities we live in through ongoing
dialogue is no small task. It requires the input of literally
thousands of people from all walks of life, the historical data
from a myriad of sources and the forum to present the information
and resulting recommendations so that reaction can be assessed
and applied.
The
Jim Self Center on the Future, housed in the Strom Thurmond
Institute at Clemson University, has addressed critical issues of
interest in a way that will raise awareness and interaction
between unconnected policy makers, community advocates,
interested citizens and academic groups.
